This is the first version of a Kublai Khan + Void deck that came out of an Aggro Marco Polo deck I tried before The Indigo Sisterhood came out. Now that we have Kublai Khan, who can explicitly profit from successful attacks, it seemed obvious to shift the shell over, as well as to make some changes with the new cards available.

I have in the past struggled to find a good balance between Locations and Followers in Kublai, but this seems about right. It is still quite difficult to get Kublai’s ability to actually fire, because the opponent has such a strong incentive to stop you — but that is powerful in itself. And when it does fire, it feels very powerful.
